Abstract

Of the semantic diversity of scientific and epistemological terms in their various contexts is a necessity that presents itself with urgency, bearing in mind that these terms have been influenced by the cultures and sciences of other nations. There is also no doubt that the books of the jurisprudence of various schools are a source of Islamic legislation. Hence, this study came to clarify the role of the linguistic context in directing the semantics of the Arabized word in the book (Al Muhadhab in the Fiqh Al-Shafi’i( Through the descriptive-analytical method. And it reached several results, including showing the extent of the semantic development of Arabized words; and the role of the linguistic context in directing its significance. So, the researcher stresses the importance of studying these semantic changes in the books of jurisprudence in general.
