Then I translated these narrators and judged them based on all the scholars’ sayings regarding their mixing. Or they changed, then I mentioned Al-Hafiz Al-Dhahabi’s correction, then I balanced their sayings with the sayings of Al-Hafiz Al-Dhahabi, then I preferred the line of sayings.

Through this research, it became clear to me the difference between change and mixing. Not everyone who changed for a reason has his narrations rejected, and I recommend that researchers study in-depth those who are accused of mixing or changing, and to know who narrated about him before and after the mixing.

د فهد بن سعد بن فهد الرزيحان Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Islamic Sciences https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/3038 Sun, 02 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Argument of Invalidating the Opponent's Statement by Demanding a Conceptualization of Their Claim Its Principles and Doctrinal Applications. https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/3034
Abstract:

Praise be to God, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and after:

This research aims to define a path of pilgrims among scholars in doctrinal research based on asking the opponent to visualize the saying and opinion that he adopts to show him through his visualization the outrageousness of his saying and criticizing it. And I divided the research into an introduction in which I mentioned the importance of the topic and the questions that it will answer and the previous studies, then I divided it into four sections. The legal evidence from which the legitimacy of invoking the path is derived, and finally I mentioned the fourth topic in which I relied on mentioning some of the dogmatic applications of this path, and I was keen to divide it into two requirements because religion is divided into evidence and issues, so I mentioned in the first requirement some examples in this path that relate to the evidence, which is the book and the Sunnah And other evidence that people relied on in deduction. The second requirement included mentioning some doctrinal issues in which scholars worked this path, then I concluded with a conclusion that contains the most important results, which are:

The importance of researching the paths of scholars regarding pilgrims, rooting them and explaining their legitimacy.

The doctrinal library is devoid of talking about this path in a separate subject, and therefore I urge students of knowledge to record this subject, root it and collect its many applications in all aspects of belief.

The use of scientists for this path in a large way.

د فواز بن أحمد علي رضوان Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Islamic Sciences https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/3034 Sun, 02 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Impact of Belief in Angels on the Lives of Muslim Youths. A Theological Study https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/3062
Abstract:

This research paper explains why Instilling the faith’s pillars in the hearts is one of the most important duties. It has a great impact on the Muslim’s life. This impact becomes greater when it is done early, because faith-based upbringing in childhood is one of the foundational stages upon which a Muslim’s life is built throughout their lifespan. The belief in angels has a unique role in shaping the character of the youths, as it instills many faith-related meanings and educational values, such as mindfulness, benevolence, and the initiative to perform acts of obedience and avoiding prohibited deeds. Therefore, instilling this faith in the hearts of the Muslim youth and taking care of it is of utmost importance.

It has a profound impact on their lives. When they truly embrace this belief, it guides them towards the blessings of this world and the Hereafter, and they witness its positive effects. These effects have multifaceted aspects, including doctrinal and faith-related impacts, as well as psychological, behavioral, ethical, and social effects.

In this research, I have adopted the inductive analytical method, by scrutinizing the available data and analyzing them in light of the objectives set forth in this study.
د طلال بن فواز الحسّان الشمري Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Islamic Sciences https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/3062 Sun, 02 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Issues Arising from the Government Housing Ownership Document Between Spouses: An Analytical Study in Light of Islamic Jurisprudence and the Kuwaiti Housing Welfare Law https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/3103
Abstract:

This research aims to clarify the problems arising from the law of participation of the Kuwaiti wife in the document of ownership of the Kuwaiti government housing alternative, and solve them through the statement of jurisprudential and legal adaptation of the ownership document, and reveal the extent of the wife's eligibility In owning half of the document without participating in the financial costs, and a statement of jurisprudential adaptation and the legal position if it participates in bearing the material costs with the presentation of the most famous models of malicious lawsuits related to the government ownership document in the courts of Kuwait and its Sharia ruling, and the importance of the research lies in its relation to the stability of the Kuwaiti family and contribute to solving judicial problems in the courtrooms of Kuwait related to participation Finance between spouses, following the descriptive, analytical and inductive approach, and the research reached several results, most notably: proving the wife's right to the ownership document legally and legally, and that the jurisprudential adaptation of the ownership document is a sales contract subject to the terms and conditions of the seller predominantly of an administrative and organizational nature, and the right exercised by the assignee after the allocation and before the issuance of the document is a usufruct right - caused by permission Permissibility is subject to administrative and regulatory conditions and restrictions, and the jurisprudential adaptation of the wife's participation in bearing the costs of building the housing alternative varies according to what they agree on, as it may be a pure gift, a good loan, or compensation for owning a common share of the property.
د منال علي عبد الله العنزي Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Islamic Sciences https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/3103 Sun, 02 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Affirming “Al Kanaf” attribute (the Protector) For Allah Almighty https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/2926

Abstract:

This research deals with Affirming “Al Kanaf” attribute (means the “Protector /Carer”) For Allah Almighty. First, it explains the meaning of “Kanaf” linguistically, and then addresses the meaning as an attribute of Allah Almighty, providing evidence for that attribute from Sunnah, and presenting the sayings of Sunnah imams proving the attribute, and replies to innovators who deny it. In this research, I followed the inductive, analytical, and critical approach, concluding with the outcomes I came up with, including that the knowledge of the Names and Attributes of Allah Almighty is one of the noblest and most beneficial sciences for the servants, and that we should all believe in Allah’s names and attributes mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah books, without tahreef (distortion) , ta'teel (negation) , takyeef (to ask how) , tamtheel (resemblance). Sunnis ascribe “Al Kanaf” attribute to Allah believing it is a well-established and intrinsic attribute of Allah Almighty, which must be believed in without distortion, negation, asking how, or resemblance. Moreover, many narrations from Sunnah imams and scholars prove this attribute to Allah. This is an indisputable belief and well-established fact of Muslim’s creed, despite the arguments put forward by the Mobtadi’ah (innovators) who attach more weight to reason “’Aql” over revelation “Naql” and use figurative interpretation “Ta’weel” to interpret the attribute in manners which are evidently refutable.

د فاطمة بنت عبد العزيز العبلاني Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Islamic Sciences https://imamjournals.org/index.php/jis/article/view/2926 Sun, 02 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000
