Abstract

A summary of the research of “The just deference between the eye, the slander, and the criticizer” letter: argumentative study.

This research deals with Ibn Khatimah Al-Andalusi's letter, “The just deference between the eye, the slander, and the criticizer”, from the aspect of the deliberative argumentative study, because the idea of the elaborate base is a great continues communicative idea. And the importance of this research lies on four:

The first, is- Ibn Khatimah Al-Andalusi product's need for study and analyze, as he is the noble and literary writer of his time, distinguished by his art.

The second, the idea of the letter that addressed the afflictions of love in an amusing way.

The third, the need of ancient literature for modern applied monetary practices.

The fourth - The remarkable appearance of the argumentative style in this letter, which made it a fertile ground for analysis and research.

Then the research concluded a number of results that highlighted the importance of this letter for the Andalusian literary heritage. The most important of which is that this letter carries through an ideology representing an Andalusian era that dependent on thinking and arguing; to prove another vision and presentation in a way that is not free of amusement and suspense.
