Abstract

This research aims at explaining the abstract manifestation and the substantial realizations of the enthusiastic style of pride, through its two forms: the individual and collective, in Abid ibn al-Abras al-Asadi Poetry; to introspect Intertwined relationships between poetry verses and to invoke the valuable meanings from the idealities of pride.

The researcher illuminates their treatment of the subject with an introductory foundation in the domains of (linguistic and idiomatic concepts); and (the implications, motives, relations, and the characteristics of pride, in addition to its types, tendencies, manifestations, etc…). They also deepen the analytical study by examining the enthusiastic profiling of pride; through equestrian, moral, and poetic pride, and exploring its collective style; in equestrian, moral and martial pride. This can be also achieved through extracting the substantive vocabulary and the stylistic foundations; which can be found in the analysis of poetic evidence.

This research draws together the scientific research method, the general conceptual characterization with the complete poetic induction, as well as the inferential extrapolation of poetic formation, in light of the integral critical methodology, with the attracting of cultural perceptions in social relationships.
