The Critical Opinions in the Book of Alnadharat by Mustafa ‎Al-Manfaloti

Abstract

Mustafa Lutfi Al-Manfalouti was known in literary studies as one of the pioneers of the literary essays. But, little is known among his many readers for his critical contributions.

This research came to shed light on his critical views and also to highlight them. This is to afford readers to get acquainted with his various critical efforts, where he had views on concepts such as the concept of poetry, proclamations and beauty. He has also contributions to critical issues such as pronunciation and meaning, nature, and craft, clarity and ambiguity, truthfulness and lies, ethics and literary commitment.

This extends to his views or opinions in the tools and ingredients used by the poet, and also his views about a number of poets and writers of his time.
