Abstract

King Salman ibn Abdul Al- Aziz -may God protect him- is characterized by cultural diversity, acumen, intelligence, due to his inception, the first, early genius, reflected in his language, his speeches distinctive, and the coherence of his style.        

Political discourse is keen on communicative language, which is specifically aimed at a special discourse.  It can decipher it, and political discourse addresses issues of domestic and external reality.  And its purpose is to direct public opinion toward its purpose.

Deliberative has paid great attention to intentionality. And we see the same care being given to intentionality. In textual linguistics, it is one of the seven standards of textually.

I have divided the study of intentionality in the speeches of King Salman - may God preserve him - into three sections, the first of which is

, Intent contexts the first of which was: the contexts of intent: political, social, psychological, cultural

The second topic: is speech acts; I studied them according to the classification of each of Austin, the classification of Searle. I concluded the research with the third topic: the cooperative principle and I studied it according to Grace's analysis; through two axes: honesty, and shared knowledge.
