Al Jazeera's picture in Sheikh Ali Tantawi's journey During the establishment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1934 AD

Abstract

The research traces the journey of the writer Sheikh Ali Al-Tantawi to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a year after uniting the whole kingdom, following an invitation received by the notables of the Levant from His Majesty King Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him. This journey was published at the time of the journey.  also, the writer documented this journey again in his novels a half-decade from returning. 

The perspective of the research is to demonstrate two methodologies one anthropological point of view and a cultural criticism approach, in which the writer observed how abroad the cultural differences in the kingdom. Moreover, this methodology allows the writer to notice the differences in cultural behaviors, and how he dealt with all these cultural differences. 

The writer in his journey used different methods, which, contributed to having a clear perspective and vision, which reached out to the feelings that enable him to live the moment between the journey and the study.

          The conclusion of the study is to clarify the development of the Kingdom, and the levels of social relations. In addition, the transformation that occurred to the society after the union of the Kingdom and due to great leadership by his majesty King Abdulaziz and his appointed directors. As a result, the mission of a great kingdom started from the foundation of all government departments to the development of the railroad of the country, which connected the main cities in the Hijaz region to the Two Holy Mosques   

I hope that this study will contribute to illustrating the situation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in an important era from the foundation of the kingdom until today the - 91st Saudi National Day.
