The Collected and Dissected Aphorisms from Ibn Rukhtat's System

Abstract

During my review of the manuscript (Al-Hadi to reveal the negligence of Al-Muradi) by Abu al-Qasim Ahmad Qaddoumi  (992 AH)  I passed by several verses of the system of Ibn Rakhtat, which constitutes the reading of some of its words, and I did not find any convincing information about the Nadhim and his system, I kept having the idea of gathering these verses, and to ensure the integrity of their words from distortion, and to introduce the composer and his composition, and its system, and to publish it among researchers, perhaps one of them will find what complements the information of Al Nadhim and his system.

The research came in two parts:

Section one: Ibn Rakhtat and his system.

This section includes two sections:

The first topic: introducing Ibn Rakhat.      

The second topic: is the study of its system.

Section Two: The Proverb of the System.

In addition to an introduction to grammatical systems, an introduction, a conclusion, and an index of the most important sources and references.
