Abstract

Scholars have unanimously agreed that the infinitive factor representing his action is omitted obligatory or permissible, even if it is confirming, although it is well known among them that it is forbidden to delete the infinitive factor if it is confirming, and in this, there is some contradiction as it seems to the meditator. This research attempts to find a way to resolve this problem. By tracing the sources, to know the position of scholars on this, to find out what they have in that of sayings and opinions, and to review their evidence and arguments, what strength or weaknesses they contain, and the sufficiency of each of them in solving the aforementioned problem. The research has reached the conclusion that each of these opinions is not free from weakness and that the safest thing is to make the infinitive that represents its action an independent part of the absolute object, in contrast to the absolute object that is not representative, with the possibility that each of the two parts is confirming and unconfirmed, supporting that the scholars They singled out the infinitive representing his action with special provisions, the research mentioned five of them. By making it a separate section, the confusion is eliminated, and the deletion of its factor is absolutely one of the provisions that is unique to it.
