Coherence rhetorical in Surah Az-zalzalah

Abstract

The research consisted of an introduction, a preamble, and three sections. The introduction dealt with the importance of the topic and the reasons for selecting the causes. In the introduction, I clarified the objectives of the study, the research plan, and its methodology. The first section, it was entitled: Proportionality between Surat Al-Zalzalah and the successive, superseding Surahs. In this topic, I mentioned that Surat Al-Zalzalah is between Surat Al-Bayinah and Surat Al-Adiyat, so I mentioned the Proportionality between it and the precedent Surah “Al-Bayinah”; and between it and the following Surah “Al-Adiyat”.  In this section, I have quoted from the words of the scholars.  In addition, part of it was based on contemplation and deduction, building on the meaning of the verse and the interpretation of these verses by scholars.

The second topic was entitled: Proportionality within the Surah: The Relationship between the End of the Surah and its Beginning.

It is another type of proportionality; an internal proportionality among the parts of the surah itself, so I had a pause with the importance of the beginning of the surah; its eloquence, and its end. I clarified the close connection between these topics. And how the end of the surah is closely related to its Beginning. I also clarified the proportionality: in the content of the verses; and their rhetoric The third topic was entitled: The Proportionality between the surah m being Meccan, its structure, and its objective and stylistic characteristics.

In this topic, I referred to the fact that Surat Al-Zalzalah is a Meccan surah; and I mentioned that the Meccan surahs have their objective and stylistic characteristics that differ from the Medinite verses.  Accordingly, this topic dealt with the characteristics that distinguished Surat Al-Zalzalah, clarifying this Proportionality, its secrets, and the objectives that the surah came to achieve and emphasize.

In the conclusion of the research, I mentioned the most important results that I reached, then the search index, in which I mentioned the references.
