The Argumentative Mechanisms in the Speech of the Prophet (Peace be Upon him) for Youth: A Pragmatic Approach

Abstract

 discourse of the Prophet –peace and blessings upon him- regarding the youth, as they are the cornerstone for the building of the society, and because this category of people gained a great and special attention in the discourse of the Prophet –peace and blessing upon him-. Based on this, this study came to highlight the pragmatic vision through the argumentative mechanisms in the discourse of the Prophet –peace and blessing upon him- regarding the youth, hence the research invoked the applied pragmatic methodology on these mechanisms, whether pragmatic, or linguistic, or rhetoric. It was preceded with a foreword that surveyed the most important concepts of the study; discourse, argument, youth.
