Abstract. Minhāj al-bulaghāʼ wa sirāj al-Udabāʼ by Ḥāzim Qarṭājannī is distinguished by its meticulous methodology, remarkable attention to arrangement and classification, and strict adherence to the requirements of organized rational thought and precise logical division. This research aims to explore the prominent spirit of organization in the book, and analyze its methodological structure through an inductive study of the elements of construction, represented in the title of the book, the motives for authoring the book, its sections and the method of its construction, its terminology, its paratexts, its sources and deducing the distinctive features of these methodological elements in the book, concluding with the aspects of convergence between Ḥāzim’s book - with its methodological structure and style of dealing with critical issues - and modern critical perspective.
