Abstract

The two authors : Mohamed Almoelhi and Hafez Ibrahim in their two stories

: "Hadeeth Isa bin Hisham" and "LyaliSateeh", imitated the art of almqama Arab heritage in the early twentieth century, in that each has set up his story in Maqama example., while the reader of the two stories finds some influence of “ Modern story art”as well as some similarity to almqama, which means that the authors has taken reasonable steps towards modern fiction writing This paper aims to study this phenomenon, the search for art Features common to both stories and" almqama" on the one hand, and between the two stories and "Modern fiction" on the other hand, to figure out whether the two stories have actually embodied an intermediate stage between these two genres in that complex stage that preceded the actual beginning of the authentication of modern Arabic fiction
