Abstract

Dear reader in your hands is a collection of the poems of the poet Ibn Kadoos Addumiaty, (000 - died about the year 551 AH), who is an uprising poet during the ages of the countries and principalities, after a long research I couldn’t find anyone who gathered and documented his poet. Therefore, I wanted to collect his poems from either written or printed, rare or available sources.

My research came as follows:

Introducing the poet through his life by collecting & comparing all that I could have gathered from what has been said about his life.

I arranged the rhymes alphabetically, and gave every text a specific number. I referred every text to its meters while the arrangement of the sources was on a timely basis starting from the oldest. I also showed the differences in the stories and corrected them when needed, in the end I explained whatever needed explanation.
