There are several desired objectives for courses and curriculums, as well as several types of culture, knowledge and education that contribute to constructing and making these courses achieve an acceptable standard of scientific and educational soundness. Moreover, courses and curriculums are the result of collected experiences and works of specialists with diverse cultural backgrounds; these factors unite to produce one scientific work which is the course or the curriculum.

This study spring from the notion that the linguist is the one whose responsible for language accuracy, while the pedagogist is the one whose responsible for the behavioral and psychological soundness as well as setting goals and suggesting ways to achieve them. Hence, this study reexamines the subject of syllables; for it represents the first stage of learning reading and writing skills in the primary levels of education. Furthermore, this study uses the Saudi, Emirati, Egyptian and Moroccan curriculums as samples. Also, it aims to check the soundness of the given syllables and the associated examples. In addition, it investigates the compatibility of these courses with the latest findings in Arabic Phono tactics which linguists have developed their frameworks and identify their features. For the acquisition of language proficiency can be accomplished by achieving this soundness and compatibility with what phonetics lesson achieve. However, failing to achieve this soundness will cause difficulties and problems for students.
