Primary Purposes of sharia in the basic system of Governance in Saudi Arabia

Abstract

The basic system of governance in Saudi Arabia has many distinctive advantages. One of the most important advantage is the close relationship between the articles of the system and Islamic Sharia. The statements are also coded to achieve the sharia purposes. The governance system is very important as a source of all authorities and systems, the paper was developed to show the close relation of statements with the purposes of sahri’ah to enrich the resources with an applied study on the statements of regulations.
