One of the books which undertook the task of answering the stray ideas of Ahmed Al-Qadiani is by a leading Shafei scholar, a landmark of Hijaz region and a prominent Sheikh of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
In essence, this book was originally a rebuttal of a treatise sent by Al-Qadiani to the People of Makkah, in which he explained his situation and pointed out his doctrine. The well-Known scholar, Ahmed Ibn Ismael Al-Barzakhi (died 1332 H, 1914AD- some give a different date), was asked about Al-Qadiani. The people of Malabar and its surroundings requested him to answer the heresies of Al Qadiani, revealing his suspicions, denying his falsehood, and exposing his lies. Imam Ahmad responded without delay or hesitation by writing this magnificent well-edited treatise as an accurate answer.
The treatise contained seven topics and a conclusion. It explicates Allah' saying in the Quran “O Jesus, indeed I will take you” and Allah’ saying, “Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary”, showing the possibility that Jesus' body and soul may have been ascended to Heavens, and his dispensing of food and beverages. The treatise mentions information about the coming of Al-Masih ad-Dajjal (the false prophet), his description, life and temptation, in addition to what is relevant to the descent of Jesus, and his killing of al-Masih ad-Dajjal, his period of stay in the earth, and his death. Al-Barzakhi refuted the falsehood propagated and adhered to by Al Qadiani who disguised his doctrine with flowery claims. Al-Barzakhi cites some of his suspicious claims of Al-Qadiani and answers them.
The treatise was concluded by demonstrating Al-Barzakhi’s judgement and realizing its potential. In view of the benefits, subtleties and editorial revisions of this treatise, the book deserves to be released from manuscript form, after having been authenticated and edited, so as to appear in the world of print
