The Digital Card An Applied Jurisprudential Study
Abstract
In this paper, I deal with a type of bank cards known as digital cards, which have started to spread and be accepted by people. Banks advertise these cards and encourage their use, because of the time and money they save and the high security they provide. This is particularly true due to the recent general practice of shopping and paying for utilities through the internet instead of direct traditional shopping. I have found it appropriate to highlight this type of bank cards and study them from a jurisprudential viewpoint, with the application to two Saudi banks, Bank AlBilad and Riyad Saudi Bank, which have issued this type of cards at the time of writing the current research.
