Abstract

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the prophets and messengers.

Venerating the sanctities of Allah and His rituals is one of the exalted acts of worship; it proves one’s veneration and glorification of Allah. Allah has ordered us in so many places in the Qur’an to abide by that. Therefore, this paper is titled “Venerating the Sanctities of Allah in the Qur’an”. The concept of vernerating the Sanctities of Allah is defined, and its principles are explained. The paper then discusses the concept of abiding by what Allah enjoins to be venerated such as venerating the Qur’an and His Messenger, parents, Muslims’ rights. Temporal and spatial veneration have been discussed, in addition to His boundaries and the benefits attained in this world and the next.
