Abstract

This paper tackles the consideration of corruption objection and its applications from Nail Al- Awtar`s book, authored by Al-Shwakani on the issues of worship, and consideration of corruption objection shall consider one of the most important objections which corrupting measurement.

Imam Al-Shawkani, God rest him, was died on (1250H) had taken care of showing this objection on more examples of jurisprudential issues; such as worship issues as shown in his book Nail Al- Awtar, which explains the selective news` book, authored by Imam Abou Al- Barakat ibn Taimiah, was died on 652H.

This paper shall limit the issues given for measurement on the worships chapter, which objected by consideration of corruption objection, stating the speeches on it, showing this objection and refusing the scholars for this measurement.

This paper aims to enrich the applied aspect of jurisprudence origins; and reinforces theoretical research with new examples.
