Study Topic: Talking about Abdullah and Utbah Ibn Masoud sons, distinguishing between them, and whoever among them was known of narration.

Study Objectives: Verifying this part scientifically. Interoperating its Hadiths, as well as commenting on it.

Study Methodology: Verifying this part scientifically. Interoperating its Hadiths, as well as commenting on it.

The Most Important Results: The status of Al-Hafiz Abu Musa Al-Madini. The value of his academic writings, and what included in this part of identifying both companions: Abdullah and Utbah sons of Masoud, and their sons, as well as distinguishing between them, and identifying who belongs to him, and who was known of narration, and stated of what heard from his father, and other companions.

Abdullah’s sons include: Abdulrahman, Abu Ubaydah, Abu Bakr, Omar, Utbah, and Mohammed; the known among them of narration are: Al-Qasim, and Ma'n sons of Abdulrahman, and Al-Qasim, and Abu Ubaidah son of Ma'n ibn Abdulrahman.

The  Utbah's famous sons are  Abdullah and his sons; Obaydullah, 'Awn, and Abdulrahman.

Aba Al-'Umays: Utbah bin Abdullah ibn Utbah bin Abdullah bin Masoud, and his brother Al-Masoudi: Abdulrahman one of  Abdullah bin Masoud' sons.
