Abstract

This research deals with the impact of the Quranic context on the criticism of the Israeli narratives (Israel) narrated by al-Tabari in his interpretation of the stories of Solomon (peace be upon him); and the impact of that on their acceptance.

The research aims to clarify the contextual aspects that can be employed in the Israeli narrations, especially in the narrations contained in the story of Solomon, peace be upon him. An inductive approach has been taken; Collection of Israeli narratives related to the research subject and then the analytical method. To elicit semantics from context, then a critical approach is; Test the texts of these narrations in terms of their compatibility or conflict with the context.

The research concluded that context is one of the pillars that protect the Qur’an from Intruders in Exegesis, his dominance of the previous heavenly book narratives, and that many Israeli narratives believed to fall within his scope.
