The Juris`prudential Conceptualization and the Implication of Its Change An Originating Study, and Its Applications on Islamic Financial Products

Abstract

This research aims at clarifying the meaning of jurisprudential conceptualization, and originating its topics, and explaining the reasons for its change, and it comprises of two topics:

First Topic: Discusses the meaning of conceptualization, its legality, importance, conditions, pillars, components, ways, methods and fields.

Second Topic: Discusses the implication of change in jurisprudential conceptualization in contemporary applications on Islamic financial products, and it comprises of four sub-topics, and in the introduction contains a mention of the reasons and the factors that influence conceptualization, followed by four applications: tawarruq product, hire purchase, share of a limited liability company, and a current account.

Research Methodology: The exploratory method in tracking the implication of change in jurisprudential conceptualization, and the analytical method in monitoring the jurisprudential conceptualization of Islamic financial products.
