AbuBaker Alkhaffaf considers one of the greatest fuqahaa and scantest who contribute to Alfeq AlShafeie.
One of his achievements: is his great book AlAqsaam wa Alkhwsaal), in which he writes in his way in (Alfeqah) that takes interest in Almasaail ALfeqheyah and what comes under each Masalah.
Imam AbuBaker begins his book with a masterpiece Moqademah Osoleiah, which contains most of Osol Alfeqah's categories, and he writes it in Mathhab AlImam Alshafeie.
After some searching and consultation, I found that This Moqademah is considered one of the oldest and most completed Alnosoos AlOsoleiah that come to hand after AlImaam AlShfeie.
When I did not find any study in this Moqadeimah, I decided to serve it by researching until it became a scientific source for students and researchers.
