Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, his family, companions and those who are loyal to him, and after:
This is a research entitled (The Ruling of Legislation from the Book of Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudamah - may God have mercy on him - from the beginning of the chapter on water to the end of the chapter on menstruation, both collection and study) that aims to collect the rule of legislation and then study the jurisprudential issues related to this judgment as a comparative jurisprudence study, by mentioning what the owners of the four schools of thought agreed upon and what They differed in it, with the evidence of each team and a statement of the most correct. After studying the jurisprudence issues, the wisdom of the legislation was mentioned and its trust with evidence, if any, or by quoting from scholars or by deduction and ijtihad.
This research came in an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion.
The preface included a brief introductory study of Ibn Qudamah - may God have mercy on him - and the book of Al-Mughni.
The first topic: the definition of the rule of legislation, and the difference between it and the like. It contains five requirements.
The second topic: the rule of legislation in the book of purity according to Ibn Qudamah - may God have mercy on him -, and it contains ten demands.
Then the conclusion mentioned the most prominent findings.
