Abstract

This research deals with the jurisprudential rulings of the quarantined suspected person; the new Corona epidemic period, Covid-19, is one of the worst epidemics that have spread throughout the world. The person in charge needs to know the legal provisions related to the epidemic.

The research aims to explain the preventive Sharia measures for the epidemic to preserve the human soul.

  It also aims to explain the jurisprudential rulings related to the quarantined suspected of being infected by the epidemic. It addresses the same in a comparative jurisprudential comparative study. The research includes an introduction, preface, three topics and a conclusion. The preface includes the definition of the terminology contained in the study and the first topic: quarantine, its reasons, legal ruling and its importance regarding self-preservation. The second topic: the patient provisions the patient in terms of failure to Al-Juma and congregation prayer. In addition to the ruling on the abandonment of a spouse to the other due to quarantine. The third topic: is the duties of the country towards the patient. The research ended by emphasizing the importance of quarantining those suspected of being infected with this virus and demonstrating that the Islamic legislation adheres to taking preventive measures to prevent epidemic infections and preserve the human soul.
