Abstract

This study shows the statement of measures in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh))؛from the epidemics in general, the Corona epidemic in particular, compared to health instructions issued by the World Health Organization (WHO). The study highlights the findings of the study: The precautionary measures called for by WHO can be divided into three sections about jurisprudence legislation (Fiqh) in this field, a section in which WHO has approved the Islamic sharia directives, a section that has been unique to Islamic sharia, a section called for by the World Health Organization. It was not provided for by the Shariah, but is determined by the Islamic jurisprudence rules, legitimate purposes, and the most important precautionary measures provided by Sharia. Prohibit exits from and access to the country affected by the epidemic, except what is being exempt, also procedures consistent with their purposes: a medical examination of those who are affected by epidemics, isolation of infected or suspected countries.   The curfews were imposed if the epidemic could only be controlled by that procedure; to be required to mediate. People must sensitize; educate, and follow guidance and literature on preserving health.
