Abstract

Research Title: The tracking of Imam Ibn al-Qayyim on the citations of Imam al-Harawi with the Qur’anic texts and showing their explanation - Analytical Study.

In this research, I tried to collect and study Imam Ibn al-Qayyim’s explicit observations on Imam Al-Harawi, and to clarify his position on citing Qur’anic texts, following the inductive approach in collecting and studying verses related to the subject; and the deductive approach.

I have concluded with the results. The most prominent of which are: that the subject of observations is one of the vast fields that the interpreters have made to explain the words of God Almighty and to clarify his intentions and that it is an accurate science that only those have reached the rank of diligence. Among the most important recommendations are Paying attention to the interpretations of the commentators some of them, and on others of what they mention in their interpretations, studying them, and contradicting their sayings in them.
