Abstract

This research aims at clarifying the meaning of jurisprudential conceptualization, originating its topics, and explain the reasons for its change, and it comprises two topics:

First Topic: Discussing the meaning of conceptualization, its legality, importance, conditions, pillars, components, ways, methods, and fields.

Second Topic: Discussing the implication of change in jurisprudential conceptualization in contemporary applications of Islamic financial products, it comprises four sub-topics, and the introduction contains a mention of the reasons and the factors that influence conceptualization, followed by four applications: tawarruq product, hire purchase, the share of a limited liability company, and a current account.
