Abstract

The research deals with editing what is meant by the people of the remembrance in the Holy Qur’an; And that is through an introduction in which I mentioned God’s preservation of His book. The Qur'an sought to determine the matter of prophecy. They are the informers of the command of their Lord to people. Then, I referred to the uses of the Qur’an for remembrance and its people. I indicated the disagreement of scholars in what is meant by the people of remembrance in the Holy Qur’an, with mentioning the evidence for each saying. Then, I mentioned the difference in the truth about who is responsible for it. Then, I concluded the research by mentioning the most important results:  what is meant by the people of the remembrance in the two verses are the people of the book, and the saying of those who say that the people of the remembrance are everyone who is attributed to knowledge, whether they are from the people of the Qur’an or from others, is understood as a matter of inference, not interpretation; As the inference is broader than the interpretation, the Qur’anic context is one of the clues affecting the clarification and weighting of the meaning, and the weakness of the Shi’a saying that what is meant by the people of the remembrance is the scholars of the family of the House; and the most likely one is that the human messengers are responsible for it, and God knows best.
