Through a comprehensive analysis of the topic, the research establishes the definition of Jurisprudential Description as "an indication that elucidates the subject matter upon which a jurisprudential ruling is to be applied, thereby distinguishing it from other topics." Furthermore, the research explores the relationship between Jurisprudential Description and related concepts, including conceptualization, depiction, and legal qualification.
