Abstract

This research addresses the meaning of precaution for fundamentalists and rhetoric scholars who researched it in the name of caution and is defined as: [The reasoning is made in misleading words to disagree with what it defends]. The research reviewed the types of precaution, and its opinion in the required offer and permissibility, or prohibition in accordance with the opinions of the polemicists, and detailed reviews; including - and perhaps it is right -: the permissibility of precaution for diligent observer. As for debater, the disagreement is strong and is due to the opinions of the polemics to which it shall be adhered in dignity and in compliance with the law of the polemicist. Then, it explained the reasons for the disagreement in the opinions.
