Building human commons through moral values in lslam

Abstract

This research has dealt with building human commons through moral values in Islam, by referring to the principles and values of Islam, as it is said in Holy Qur’an and true Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as proven by Righteous Ancestors, May Allah –the Almighty- be pleased with them, because of its importance in securing societies and communication between peoples and civilizations, and finding out the correct way to build a sound approach that will achieve communication and coexistence among peoples by strengthening the presence of the moral values that Islam has guaranteed and called for.

This research has included evidences and statements by Muslim Scholars, Researchers, and Intellectuals who dealt with an important aspect of relationships between people with each other and building human commons through moral values in Islam. This study has introduced the importance of building human commons on solid foundations emanating from principles and assets approved by Islam, and then looking at the moral values that support human commons and the moral values that defend human commons, by explaining their nature and importance in Islam.

By examining what has been written about moral values, their importance, what they are, and the connection of these values with human commons; whether this connection sprung from common sense or from the need imposed by all kinds of circumstances; and linking that to what was included in the Holy Qur’an and the Holy Sunnah of sublime moral values; It became clear to the researcher that the strength of the relationship that links human commons with values, through the moral values included in Islam, contributes to building human commons.
