Abstract

Abstract:

This study aims to collect the Qur'anic verses and authenticated hadiths in which the Prophet Moses, peace be upon him, poses questions to his Lord, the Almighty. The study then seeks to extract the doctrinal issues from these texts. The research findings reveal that these issues align with the beliefs of the righteous predecessors (Salaf), as indicated by the texts, demonstrating the consistency of the prophets' teachings in matters of belief. Furthermore, the articulation of these issues confirms the validity of what the Qur'an and Sunnah affirm, as upheld by the scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah in their creed.

Among the most important doctrinal issues highlighted are: the virtue of the statement of monotheism (Tawhid), affirmation of God's attributes such as speech, hands, manifestation, and transcendence, the affirmation of believers' vision of God, the affirmation of the balance (Mizan), and certain ranks and states of the people of Paradise.
