Rule conflict and its applications to medical calamities: Gene editing using CRISPR-Cas9 technology as a model

This research deals with one of the modern medical calamities, which is published below: CRISPR-Cas9. It includes the instructions that will be disputed by this calamity, explaining and studying those instructions, and explaining their impact on the ruling of the calamity.

This research aims to establish the principles of that fight by linking it to the legal rules.

This research came in four sections, the first of which was to explain the reality of information conflict, the second of which was to explain the principle of editing and the CRISPR-Cas9 technology, and the third of which was to explain the benefits and risks of using that technology, and the last section was to explain to the contributors the conflict of steps in editing and supporting CRISPR-Cas9 technology. .
