The research deals with an important topic in which rights intersect, as it aims to clarify the ruling in cases involving throwing oneself or money in order to survive, which is: throwing oneself from afflicted places, or throwing another person in order to save him or someone else, or throwing money in order to survive.

Then it deals with the guarantee provision in the previous cases, with an explanation of what is related to the subject in Saudi regulations.
