Abstract:
Islam has taken care of all aspects of life and ensured the legislation of individuals' lives in an organized, compatible, and coherent manner. It has outlined the rules that regulate the life of both individuals and communities, whether those rules are related to the individual's personal life with their Lord or their relationship with all people. Among these rules are those that Islam has specifically addressed to women over men, which are suitable for all aspects of their lives and coherent among themselves, achieving the highest degrees of harmony. When Islam entrusted women with these responsibilities, it aimed to honor them and achieve the highest levels of beauty and perfection, portraying a unique aesthetic picture. This research examines the beauty in the legislation that Islamic law has allocated to women over men, highlighting the components of harmony, consistency, and demonstrating their beauty in the provisions concerning women. It shows how these legislations respond to women's natural inclinations and are suitable for their roles in life.
