Abstract

This research came in the investigation of the book: Explanation of Al-Sarajiyya’s Systems in the Assignments of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Bukhari Al-Hanafi, from the beginning of the book to Ma’rifat Al-Asbat.

Several scholars praised Al-Sarajiyya’s systems, describing them as eloquent systems. Al-Qaysari wrote in them the famous book on statutes, which is the book: Al-Sarajiyya by Al-Sajwandi Al-Hanafi, and the number of verses of the system: (177) verses.

This system has been explained by a number of people of knowledge, including: the Poet himself, and among those who explained it: Sheikh Al-Bukhari, and the distinction of Al-Bukhari’s explanation with a number of advantages that exceeded the explanation of the Poet, including: Al-Bukhari’s care in mentioning the high disagreement between the schools of jurisprudence in his explanation, and his care in mentioning the evidence, as mentioned by many of the sayings of the Companions of the prophet, may God be pleased with them, and Al-Bukhari tracked the Poet in a number of places.
