Abstract:
This study, titled "Hidden Flaws in Hadiths on Performing Wudu’ after Eating Camel Meat," examines the discrepancies found in these hadiths, analyzes their chains of transmission (Isnād), and assesses their authenticity. Since hadiths concerning camel meat contain essential jurisprudential (Fiqh) rulings, it is necessary to distinguish the authentic narrations from the weak ones. To achieve this, I employ an inductive approach, followed by an analytical method. First, I compile the hadiths related to camel meat thematically, then identify those that exhibit discrepancies. Each hadith is examined in detail, including its textual verification, chain of transmission, and overall reliability assessment. Additionally, I collect all hadiths that meet the research criteria.
The study concludes with several significant findings, the most notable of which is that all disputed hadiths contain sufficient corroborating evidence to support their authenticity, making them free from contradiction.
