Research title: Long and short travel according to the Hanbali's and the issues on which they agree and differ, summation and study.

Through research, I clarified what is meant by long and short travel according to the Hanbalis, then I mentioned the issues whose rulings agree on long and short travel, and the issues in which long and short travel differs, and I was keen to explain the form of the issue, the Hanbali's sayings and their evidences, and the reason for differentiating between the two travels. It followed the inductive and analytical approach.

Among the search results:

Long travel is: travel that exceeds the permission distance on one-way.

Short travel: what is called travel but does not reach the one-way distance of having the travel permissions.

The distance of the palace was estimated by the Hanbali's as a two-day journey over a moderate period of time.

Contemporaries differed in estimating this distance. The fatwa is that the distance of the palace is approximately 80 km.
