Abstract

AbuBaker Alkhaffaf consider one of the greatest fuqahaa and scantest whom contribute in Alfeq AlShafeie.

One of his achievement: his great book (AlAqsaam wa Alkhwsaal), which he whrite it in his own way in (Alfeqah) that take interest in Almasaail ALfeqheyah and what come undereach Masalah.

Imam AbuBaker begin his book with a masterpiece Moqademah Osoleiah, contains most of Osol Alfeqah's categories, and he whrite it in Mathhab AlImam Alshafeie.

After some searching and consultation, I found that This Moqademah concederd one of the oldest and completed Alnosoos AlOsoleiah that come to hand after AlImaam AlShfeie.

When I did not found any study in this Moqadeimah I decided to serve it by researching until it became a scintefic source for student and researchers.
