Abstract

The study deals with the prohibition of breastfeeding with women's milk without pregnancy, where medical research  has found that women's milk is affected by milk hormone, which is possible to manufacture as a drug that has an effect on raising the proportion of this hormone, so that if women take them, their milk is produced.

The research concludes that the prohibition of breastfeeding with this milk is proven provided that it is five feeds at least, and that the breastfeeding has lasted two years. The baby becomes her son, therefore prohibiting marriage, making it permissible for him to see her, like her own son, share her dwelling, and be her guardian (mahram). However, the breastfed baby does not become her husband's son of breastfeeding, but only his wife's. If it is a female, she would be his stepdaughter, and he is forbidden to marry her.
