Abstract

Abu Alhasan Al-Tamimi is considered one of the senior Hanbali fundamentalists and jurists, and some even consider him as the Imam of his time in his doctrine. The spread of his views in the books of the senior Hanbali fundamentalists indicates his scientific position in the doctrine. Moreover, some of his views opposed with the opinion of the majority of Hanbalis, or the majority of fundamentalists that the evidence may support some of what he chose. This research aims to gather the views of Abu Alhassan Al-Tamimi, document them from the books of the fundamentals of jurisprudence (Usul Al-fiqh) approved by Hanbalis such as "Al-Eddah" by Abi Ya'la, "At-tamheed" by Abi Al-Khatab Al-Kaluthani, and "Al-Musuadah" by Taymiyyah family, and then study them from a fundamentalism view. The research consists of a preface and two chapters. The preface includes the biography of Abu Alhassan Al-Tamimi. In the first chapter, the researcher discusses the viewsof Abu Alhassan Al-Tamimi according to the Reason and Shari‘a's rulings and evidence while the second chapter discusses his views according to the inference rules. At the end of the research, the researcher writes a conclusion that includes the most important results.
