The Basic Law of Governance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Doctrinal Study

Abstract

Allah Almighty has honored Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the grace of true faith and its application in all areas of life.

From this belief comes the issuance of the Basic Law of Governance (constitution)of the KSA, which adopted the platform of the faith, and was inspired by the goals of Sharia laws. This ruling law, therefore, has applied the Sharia laws away from the positive(man-made) laws, and individual interpretations.

This research has been divided into an introduction and two sections:

The first section: KSA's Basic Law of Governance, which includes two issues as follows:

First issue: The issuance of KSA's Basic Law and its chapters.

Second issue: The doctrinal aspects of KSA's Basic Law of Governance articles.

The second section: The doctrinal study of KSA's Basic Law of Governance, which includes two issues as follows:

First issue: General doctrinal and religious attributes of the Basic Law of Governance.

Second issue: The doctrinal principles of the Basic Law of Governance.

Research Conclusion.
