Establishing the concept of administrative planning, its types, and stages in light of the verses of the holy qur’an

Abstract

Management that performs its functions efficiently and effectively is one of the most important factors in the advancement, development and prosperity of nations, for it is responsible of the success of all organizations in society. This study aims at highlighting the role of administrative planning as one of the most important function of modern administration, and to understand its development, types and rooting in the light of the Holy Quran - the most important sources of Islamic legislation- And the example of its perfection and adequacy in the face of the variables of the times. One of the most important characteristics that distinguishes this study from studies of its kind is that it addressed the methodological problems that occur in most of the researches in the foundation of human sciences in the light of the texts of the holy Quran and authentic narrations of the prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him.

This study is a joint work of two researchers; one specialized in the area of Quran interpretation and the other specialized in administrative sciences, hence it presents accumulated ideas, and practical experiences; directed to researchers in the two fields.
