Level of Social Return from Realizing Family Security As Viewed by Faculty Members at King Saud University

Abstract

This study aims at measuring the level of social return from achieving family security from the point of view of faculty members at King Saud University. To realize the objectives of the study, the researcher constructed a questionnaire to measure the social return, and distributed it to sample participants. The sample (n-154) was randomly chosen through stratification method, and the data were processed by suing SPSS.

The results show that the level of the social return in achieving the family security, as viewed by the faculty members at King Saud University, is high in terms of religious tolerance, and social, cultural and national domains. But the level is medium in the political domain. Furthermore, there are no statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) level in the views of the participants, about the level of social return in achieving family security, in relation to the variables of gender, experience and academic specialization.
