Mindfulness and its Relationship to Emotional Creativity among students of the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University Related with some demographic variables

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the relationship between mental alertness and its relationship to emotional creativity. The research aimed to identify the mental alertness of university students and the differences of statistical significance according to sex. The specialization and grade point average The study sample consisted of (201) Students from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University students, including (86 males, 115 females).  the age of the females) average of (19.8) years with a standard deviation (2.3), while the age of the males ranged between the average of (19.9) years and a standard deviation (2.6) years in B.M. The center of students from six colleges of the University of Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic. The study used the list Avril James James, Averil in 1999 and was localized and legalized by Kariman Saw (2002).  The measure of mental alertness Bayer and his colleagues in 2006 Baer, et, al translated Zaghal (2018 AD). The study concluded statistically significant correlations between the dimensions of mental alertness and emotional creativity.  It revealed no significant differences in both dimensions of mental alertness and emotional creativity according to type, specialization, and academic level. There are significant differences in the emotional perception dimension and after observation according to the higher cumulative average.
