Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the relationship between the skills of decision-making and problem-solving; among those with innovative ideas, Entrepreneurial startups; who applied for the Deanship of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. The study sample reached (53) persons of both genders.  The researcher built a scale for decision-making skills and another scale for problem-solving skills.  The study results revealed the presence of an average level in the decision-making and problem-solving skills among the sample members.  There are no statistically significant differences between females and males. The results were discussed in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies. There are some recommendations were concluded
