The research addresses a national figure with successful contributions and efforts in the construction and establishment phase under King Abdul-Aziz bin Abdul-Rahman's reign. One who is considered a pioneer of the Saudi Historical School and the first honorary man under King Abdulaziz Fouad Ismail Shakir, known as: "Fouad Shakir"; who was also known for his literary mastery, poetic ability, and political skillfulness. He was the first President of the Royal Honors, accompanied King Abdulaziz on many of his domestic and foreign trips, and mentioned some of these trips in some of his books such as REHLAT ALRABEA (Spring Trip), Saudi Arabia Directory; (King Abdulaziz Biology, Not History), his book MIN WAHY ALFOUAD (From the Heart's Inspiration) and other historical and literary books. Fouad Shakir was not only a writer and poet. He was also a man of diplomacy and an active journalist. He was then appointed by King Faisal as President of the Honors of the Islamic World Association. Then, the Editor-in-Chief of the "Islamic World News Newspaper" affiliated with the Islamic World Association. Through this research, we will highlight Fouad Shakir's historical and political role during his assumption of several leadership positions during that period.
