The Relative Contribution of Psychological Immunity and Mental Alertness in Predicting Academic Well-being among a Sample of Students of the College of Education at Najran University

The study aimed to identify the possibility of predicting academic well-being through psychological immunity and mental alertness dimensions. The sample was randomly selected and included (140) female students and (60) male students. The study used an analytical descriptive approach, as well as Psychological Immunity Scale that is prepared by (Al-Takhayna, 2018) which was reviewed by (Babaker, 2021); the Five Factors of Mindfulness Scale (Baer, et al., 2006) reviewed by (Al-Buhairi, et al., 2014) besides Academic well-being scale be prepared by (researcher). The most important results of the research show that mental alertness and psychological immunity can create predictive of academic well-being.
